All of our leaflets are free to download from our website.
You can also order most of them as hard copies via the order form below. They are free of charge – so please only order the amount you need. This helps us respect the environment, as well as consider the charity’s costs for printing and postage. We welcome voluntary donations.
If you require more than the allowance, please contact leaflets@dementiauk.org with the amount needed and what purpose they will be used for.
Please note that orders can only be sent to addresses in the UK. Full addresses must be provided including building/house name or number.
