The Foundry Healthcare Lewes Admiral Nurse clinic gives you the opportunity to seek free, expert support from a specialist dementia nurse – known as an Admiral Nurse – in confidence.
The Admiral Nurse can support family carers with a range of issues including:
- understanding the diagnosis
- practical tips and advice for caring for someone with dementia
- feelings of loss and guilt
- changing relationships
- planning for the future – and much more
You can book a 45-minute clinic appointment if you and/or the person you care for are registered with Foundry Healthcare PCN (Anchor Field, River Lodge, St. Andrew’s, School Hill).
