The Charnwood Admiral Nurse clinic is an opportunity to seek expert, compassionate support around any aspect of dementia, in confidence, from a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse.
This service is hosted by Gorse Covert Community Centre.
The Admiral Nurse can support families affected by dementia with a range of issues including:
The Admiral Nurse is there for the whole family, supporting the physical and mental health needs of both the carer and the person with dementia. The clinic is open to all in the Charnwood area.
First and third Friday of the month; 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm
